Tracking information is updated every 24 hours and sent out during normal (10am - 4pm CST) business hours Monday - Friday ONLY (excluding holidays). If you have placed your order for a NON custom item on our website or by phone, such as a motorsport item, sauna, scooter, go kart, party tent, wheelchair or any easy ship item, your tracking number will be available between the 9th and 11th business day from the date of purchase.

IF you purchase a custom item from our website such as a Golf Cart, Motorcycle Trike Kit, Motorcycle SideCar, Trailer Dolly, Motorcycle Carrier Lift, Solar Generator, wheelchairs, coco coupe, coco truck, or any other fully assembled item. Please allow anywhere from 4-8 weeks for delivery or more from the date of purchase.
